
Ralitsa Peeva
Ralitsa is a therapist (MA Counselling, Monash University, Australia) and doctor of social sciences (PhD Sociology, New School for Social Research, New York City). She is a motivational and ontological coach (Newfield and CoachU), and has specialized in neuro-linguistic programming (International Teaching Seminars, London). She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and the International Coaching Federation.
Ralitsa conducts individual counselling with teenagers and adults as well as family counselling with couples.
She has had a private practice as a therapist since 2010. Her extensive experience with people of different nationalities, cultural backgrounds and professions in a metropolis like Singapore deepens her understanding of the challenges associated with career building, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, lack of self-confidence, life crises, loss or separation in the family, difficulties in adjustment, trauma, depression, anxiety, heightened sensitivity. For several years she worked with one of Singapore's most respected gynaecologists, Dr. Shireen Jacob, who first introduced the principles of functional medicine to Southeast Asia. Through her collaboration with Dr. Jacob, Ralitsa also gained extensive experience in the areas of stress in pregnancy and conception, psychological difficulties associated with IVF, prenatal issues, postpartum depression, finding balance in family and work.
