Nadezhda Dzheneva
Since 2008 until now I have had a private practice as an analytical psychotherapist in the city of Stara Zagora.
My professional experience includes individual psychotherapeutic work with clients, family therapy, leading motivational groups, communication skills, teamwork, conducting trainings on topics such as motivation, communication and business interactions, stress management, working with beta thalassemia patients, etc.
I have specialized for four years in psycho-body analytical psychotherapy in APICS and Westdeutsche Academie - Mulheim /Germany/, which is now succeeded by the Institute for Body Psychotherapy, member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy.
As continuing professional development is an integral part of a psychotherapist's work, I make sure to build upon my professional knowledge and skills. In the period from 2006 to the present I have participated in twelve additional trainings, workshops and seminars concerning various professional topics, such as group psychotherapy, family constellations, anxiety and depression, working with trauma, peer relationships, Life Energy Process, chromotherapy, working with the BBCT and BBI tests, functional analysis and others.
In 2021 I completed a two-year training at EMDR TRAINING CENTER BULGARIA and I work with EMDR integrative psychotherapeutic approach /Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing/.
Since 2021 I have been a guest trainer in the NEOPRO team /New Neo-Reichian Psychotherapy Space/.
Conducts consultations in Bulgarian.
Conducts consultations online and in person in Stara Zagora.
I believe that psychotherapy helps a person gain self-awareness and self-knowledge in order to achieve naturalness and harmony between thought-emotion-behavior, and to discover new possibilities and a better quality of life.
