"In my life and in my work as a Gestalt therapist, I am guided by care and love, inspiration and faith, as well as my curiosity about the depths of the human soul, as the soul is slow and the approach to each person is respectful of their individual pace.
A Soul Teller is someone to share your soul with, because together you create trust and discover the senses to do so.

I believe that the best university is life itself - within interactions and relationships, and the most valuable "diplomas" are the knowledge and goodness passed on.
My interests and pursuits over the years in ballet, painting, writing, dancing, international creative projects in film and literature, various philosophical, spiritual and healing traditions and practices - complement and enrich in their own way the palette of the Gestalt approach and find their current expression in my practice through an individual approach to each person.
I love to travel and I believe that "the journey of the explorer is not just about finding new horizons, but rather about looking with a renewed gaze each time". This is how we inexplicably become "traveling companions" to ourselves and others.
Life is a process, a journey, for which it is not so much the destination that's important but the experience along the way.я.
"When words become superfluous because the moment is brimming with meaning, life irrepressibly begins to speak for itself and puts us right in the middle of enchanting experiences, if only we listen."
For me Gestalt is freedom, an attitude towards life, people, the self and the world, a way of life. With acceptance, respect, equality, trust in the process, openness and curiosity about life, without a one-size-fits-all formula because, as is often the case, "just when you think you know the answers, life changes the questions..." - Gestalt is living consciously in the here and now.
I believe everyone is their own best expert on their personal life issues and with the right support, is able to use their inner strengths in the most appropriate way.
In a non-judgmental therapeutic environment, we can explore, discover our inner resources, experiment with new ways of thinking and behaving, and begin to integrate and use them in daily life through developing self-awareness."
