"For me, Gestalt psychotherapy helps us recognize our resources more holistically and use them in ways that make our lives more whole and vibrant. The diversity of people and their ideas is important to Gestalt therapy, as well as how they want to be in contact with others and the world at large in order to develop as individuals, taking more control of their lives and reaching their full potential."
